My weight loss success story

Yes I was fat. For a brief period of time I was really fat. But I was determined to lose weight once and for all. And it took me only 8 years to do it. Well the time intervals were a little shorter but I have put myself on the path to losing weight constantly. And this is my weight loss sucess story, from a former fat man to you.

I have done everything under the sun possible to lose weight. I have worked out so hard that I could not get out of bead for a whole two weeks. My liver failed because of all the toxins being eliminated from my body, including those generated by the workout. It was an excruciating pain that lasted for 4 days. I had to take a lot of painkillers. After the 4 days passed if I stood still the pain was gone. But if I moved I had to grind my teeth not to scream with pain. That’s when I found out that working out like a lunatic is not the best way to lose weight fast. I was working out 2 to 3 times a day.

Then I tired the strict diet approach for rapid weight loss. I could not summon the willpower to stick to it. It sucked not being able to eat whatever I wanted especially when the fridge was packed with delicious foods. I struggled with dieting and my gigantic appetite. Now I am proud to tell you that I can eat just half the meal I could stuff down my throat just a couple of years ago. I am amazed by this and really happy. In my dieting attempts I succeeded in achieving indigestion and diverse digestive affections that were not fun at all. Learned a lot from those experiences too. What pissed me off the most about dieting is that I would lose weight and then it would be back on and then some. I would gain more then I had lost. That sucked a lot. But I was determined to lose weight once and for all.

Then I started studying the weight loss field. And I must tell you there is a lot of bullshit out there sold as weight loss. Every field has his share of bullshit thru which you have to navigate to master that field. I must tell you that in weight loss there is a lot of bullshit but you can recognize it fast even if you don’t have a keen eye.

After all this time I have reached the conclusion that you can’t lose weight efficiently if you just diet or just exercise. And anybody saying the contrary is a liar. You have to blend the two together for long term effects. And to make sure that you efforts aren’t in vain you have to do some serious work on your inner self, your psyche. It all starts with the mind and you have to change your way of thinking, you have to change yourself. I know that because I couldn’t get lasting results until I changed my way of being and thinking. I changed myself and my way of being. The result, I lost weight in an effortless and apparently fast way. And the best part was that it felt so natural and easy.

The purpose of this website is to help other overweight men and woman get in shape once and for all. It isn’t created as a guide from A to Z. It is like an encyclopedia of weight loss information. You should read it and find out what could help you lose weight. The purpose is to get informed so that you can make better decisions. Everybody is different and different approaches are needed to get in shape. You have to find out what appeals to you. What sport do you like to practice? What workout is best for you?
