Well-known actress Ashley Judd, 39, southerner and infectious romantic comes from a family of performers. Her mother, Naomi Judd and sister Wynonna Judd are country music stars, and she caught her "fitness bug" from them.

Ashley prefers home cooked meals than fast food. She believes that preparing your own food helps you be aware of the caloric content of your meals.

Ashley never fails to work out. Ashley Judd’s exercise regimen includes running, hiking and mountain biking and yoga to keep her body supple and well-toned.

 

"A lot of people over the years have been doing yoga." Ashley says. "I think it’s great that people are expressing an interest in it."
