Christy Turlington is no doubt genetically blessed. The 5 foot 10 half-British half-Salvadorian model has maintained her seemingly effortless beauty. Now 38 years old and a mom of two, she looks as gorgeous as when she first charmed us with her Calvin Klein commercials.

"I’ve maintained a very healthy self-image throughout the years." Christy says. "I’ve kept in shape by having a healthy diet and by Yoga. Yoga is absolutely amazing."

christy-turlington.jpgChristy Turlington’s diet follows the Vegetarian eating plan. As a staunch supporter of animal rights and PETA, her dietary intake consists of meat-free meals with high amounts of fiber and low saturated fat content.

"I eat organic veggies and fruit." She says. "My body has this way of making me crave for foods with lots of nutrients."

With regards to Christy Turlington’s exercise routine, she does a lot of hiking, yoga and Pilates.

 "I started doing yoga when I was 18. It gave me the ability to calm down easily, and developed my physical stamina." Christy shares. "It’s my go-to workout."
