Emma Bunton’s Diet and Exercise Tips: She’s Now Hot Spice!

Emma Bunton, a.k.a Baby Spice of the popular pop sensation Spice Girls was once cruelly dubbed as "Chubby Spice". Well, chubby she ain’t no more. Now she’s ready to tell other potential slimmers out there her story of determination and success.

"It’s one of those things you look back on and can’t quite believe." Emma shares. "Now I’m really happy with my figure, I’ve found the perfect balance."

Emma Bunton’s diet is focused on portion control to keep her in great shape. She tries to consume the right nutrients in the right amounts.

Emma states, “I wanted to do everything naturally without going on a strict diet.  I made sure I got the right nutrients, just in smaller portions. If I felt hungry, I snacked on fruit.”

"Dancing’s definitely my hot tip for post-baby weight loss. I always say dancing is the very best way to lose weight.” She says. "I mean, you don’t even notice your’e toning up."
