"I generally prefer greens. I came from the garden-growing South and I like to eat fresh produce and lean proteins." She says. "But occasionally, I treat myself to eat chips."

Faith Hill’s exercise routine was also developed by David Kirsch. The workout program typically includes squats, lunges, and light weights, with high repetitions that last for 90 minutes done daily.  Faith also does 1 hour of Pilates and 1 hour of cardio exercises everyday.

"The daily routine was so hard, but ultimately worth it." She shares. "My core is stronger, and my arms are so much toned."
