Nashville’s sexiest import Faith Hill stays on top of both the country and pop music charts, and at 41, and happily married to country music sensation Tim McGraw, she still exudes unbelievable charm and sizzling sex appeal, thanks to her youthful good looks and bikini-worthy body, which she credits to her healthy lifestyle.This 5 feet 9 star, who has sold more than 40 million records all over the world, gladly spills on her diet and exercise secrets.

"Being healthy is so much fun." She says. "Having a proper exercise routine and eating healthily really changes your life. I mean, I sleep better, I have so much more energy."

Faith-Hill.jpgFaith Hill’s diet adheres to the guidelines of David Kirsch’s low carbohydrate eating plan. This diet does not allow consumption of alcohol, dairy, fat, bread, sugar, fruit, or caffeine during the first two weeks of the program.

"I generally prefer greens. I came from the garden-growing South and I like to eat fresh produce and lean proteins." She says. "But occasionally, I treat myself to eat chips."

Faith Hill’s exercise routine was also developed by David Kirsch. The workout program typically includes squats, lunges, and light weights, with high repetitions that last for 90 minutes done daily.  Faith also does 1 hour of Pilates and 1 hour of cardio exercises everyday.

"The daily routine was so hard, but ultimately worth it." She shares. "My core is stronger, and my arms are so much toned."
