Find Your Ideal Weight Using the Height and Weight Chart

I have heard many times “I want to lose 4, 14, 30 pounds”. But how do you establish these magic numbers. “I want to be 110 pounds because my girlfriend has that weight and she looks stunning” some women say. Other women say “ I want to have 100 pounds because the current miss playboy has that weight”. The truth is that the ideal weight is the last thing that should be found out by comparison. Men do the same.

Our ideal weight depends on many factors:

Your bone structure: “I’m not fat, I am big boned” might be true. If you have a good developed bone structure it is normal to be heavier. In fact big boned persons don’t look sexy if they are too skinny. You can establish what kind of bone structure using the following simple test. Measure your wrist circumference using the big and index finger of the other hand. If your fingers don’t touch you are big boned. If your fingers touch you have an average bone structure. If your fingers overlap one over the other you have a thin bone structure.

Your muscle mass: You might have observed that when you workout your body gets sculpted by the physical activity. You start to look like you have lost weight but on the scale you have the same weight or you are even more heavy. You will look sexier with a better developed muscle mass instead of saggy fat deposits.

In conclusion it is impossible to establish an ideal weight based on the height and weight chart. The ideal weight varies from person to person by a huge margin. The ideal weight for you is the one in which you feel sexy and seductive.
