After 15 weeks the test subjects that had lost weight were the ones found in groups 3,4 and 5. Only 24-47% of the test subjects form the groups 3 and 4 succeeded to lose weight. The combination of the weight loss methods used by groups 3 and 4 created the weight loss method used by group 5. 89% of the test subjects found in group 5 lost weight.

The conclusion of the study was that by combining drinking green tea with frequent workouts leads to a better usage of the fats in the human body. It burns more fats basically. The scientists who have conducted the study tell us that we can use green tea as tea or green tea extract to helps us lose weight faster in a healthier way.

The green tea diet isn’t only recommended for weight loss. Whatever health problems you have you can drink green tea to get rid of them. The powerful antioxidants found in green tea fight against the free radicals and even help cure cancer. There are even studies that show that green tea is effective at fighting against cancerous cells.
