She’s definitely eye candy, with her blonde girl perfection and smoking hot bod, which she achieved through the simple diet and exercise routine she has found for herself.

"Working out gives me a sense of relaxation, because oftentimes I feel like I’m just thinking too much." She says. "And I used to eat sweets all the time, I was a big sugar person, but now, I’m like ‘I can’t do that’ so I try to eat healthier. I try to choose what’s right for my body."

For Heather Graham’s exercise routine, she does both yoga and Pilates. Yoga is an exercise that involves gentle stretching, proper breathing, together with progressive deep relaxation that helps calm the mind and body. At the same time, it strengthens and elongates the muscles and increases their flexibility.

This has been a very popular routine especially women from the entertainment industry because it helps in lengthening their muscles.

Pilates concentrates on her core postural muscles, the deep abdominal muscles and the muscles nearest the spine. With this routine, she’s able to learn to control the core through the integration of the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle. 

"I like Yoga the best, I try to do it three times a week. I do Pilates, like, two times a week."
