Experts say that sweets, that we usually eat when we need a boost of energy, make us lose energy in fact. Have you noticed that after eating a candy or a piece of chocolate when you feel drained by energy makes you even more tired after a while. Sure for a brief period of time you feel more energetic, but just for a brief period f time. You shouldn’t reach for a piece of candy when you feel you need more energy.

All you have to do is make some little changes in your daily menu. Choosing the right foods to eat, high energy foods, can give you the energetic boost you need. Always eat foods as fresh as possible. Fresh fruits and vegetables are best, being full of energy and minerals.

An energizing lunch: and a healthy one can be had by eating sushi. Fish cooked in any form are known as high energy foods. Shrimps are also a good food for the brain.

If chosen with care sandwiches can be good. Choose the whole grain version with fish and fresh salad is possible. Don’t exaggerate with the mayo, cheese or anything else like this.

For an energy filled dinner: vegetables like broccoli and peppers are full of vitamin B and C. You can add chicken meat, fish or red meat. A nourishing and healthy meal If you ask me. You can also eat spinach or asparagus as a side dish. A tuna salad is also a good choice for supper.
