Homemade fruits and vegetable weight loss shakes are so good for you body because they are rich in vitamins and mineral. Just from one shake you can get most of the vitamins and minerals your body needs during one day. In fact you get more vitamins and minerals from the shake than form eating the fruits separately.   • -in a blender mix 1 ripe banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 spoon of honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 3-4 ice cubes. To this you can add some season fruits, or even some vegetables like carrots.
  • -if I am in desperate need of energy I make a weight loss shake containing 2 bananas, 15 ounces of low fat milk or yogurt, 1-2 tablespoons of honey or low fat peanut butter.
