How to eat healthy at work

Many people don’t really care what they eat at work. All kind of junk food finds their mount involuntarily and they wander how come they are fat. Well eating all those fatty and caloric filled foods must leave some marks on the body: especially fat. Junk food is full of chemicals and synthetic substances that don’t give you any energy but make you fat.

Here are some suggestions you can take into consideration to help you get a healthy meal at work, that is friendly with your waistline and good for you body and mind:

-Take to work homemade sandwiches made with whole wheat bread, light meat or cheeses, salad, peppers, tomatoes and any vegetables you like.

-Eat fruits and raw vegetables: oranges, lemons, grapefruits, apples, kiwi, a small banana, carrots, celery.

-Drink a natural juice made by you using fresh fruits and vegetables. If you drink the natural juice as the day passes you will eliminate more toxins from your body and you will feel more energized.

-Eat an diet yogurt with cereals or with fruits.

-Snack on dried fruits like dates, figs, pineapple, mango, kiwi.

If you get a craving for something sweet you can try a dark chocolate bar, and if you can find a chocolate enriched with vegetal fibers the better.
