In time breasts get saggy. It is a certain fact even if you don’t like the idea. This article isn’t dedicated to VIP women who can opt for plastic surgery when they need it and even when they don’t need it. I believe they set a bad example by creating artificial beauty standards impossible to achieve without going under the knife. Plastic surgery should be the last option you should consider.

I am glad that there are women that care about their looks and they use natural ways to improve their looks. Mother nature gave us lots of ways to look beautiful. By eating healthy food, exercising and cutting down on smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages you will turn heads on the street in no time. You should know you qualities and defects and enjoy your body because it is the best instrument you will ever own. If you have big breasts, small breasts it doesn’t matter as long as you know how to use them. In time some women have their breasts get a little saggy. The more unfortunate ones have their breasts get really saggy. The reasons for this phenomenon are many: gravity, weight loss, breastfeeding, age or the lack of exercising. All these factors work together to make your breast saggy in time. You have to take action and prevent that from happening. Get firmer breasts.

Avoid going on drastic weight loss diets if you want to keep your great looking breasts as they are. To keep your fabulous breasts in a great firm shape you should do exercises dedicated to your chest muscles. I must tell you from the start that if you have used a weight loss diet that made you lose weight but also made your breasts lose from their size you won’t be able to lift them up again. You just have to get used to your new post weight loss breasts. You won’t be able to achieve your old full breasts. You can’t blow them up. And there isn’t any miraculous breast exercise out there that can lift your breasts up. But you can maintain your breasts and fight the effects of time if you work out your chest muscles, especially the lower chest muscles.

By fortifying and strengthening the chest muscles your breasts might even look a little bigger. But small breasts aren’t as big as a problem as big breasts can be. Big breasts are heavy and women that have big breasts have to have string muscles to sustain them. Many women with big breast complain of back pain and problems. So big breasts aren’t that of a big blessing from a health standpoint. The pectoral muscle is found just beneath the breasts. If you strengthen it your breasts will look for firm.

You should exercise your chest muscles 2-3 times a week. Of course you won’t only exercise your pectoral muscles. You will work out all your muscles, warming up before working out by doing some dynamic stretching exercises. Between the workouts for the chest muscles there should be a 2-3 days break to let them repair themselves. Don’t overdo it and exercise your muscles to intensely form the beginning. Start slowly but start exercising. You will soon be doing 2-3 sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise. If you want to lose weight and take care of your breasts at the same time, besides exercising your chest muscles you must do cardio exercises too. For the cardio workout you can start jogging, bicycling, using the treadmill or the stepper.

If you already have beautiful breasts it doesn’t mean you should take them for granted. Ignoring them will lead to losing their firmness and getting saggy breasts. You have to exercise for your breasts too. The breast exercises will help you also get a good body posture. You will have a straighter back and you will become more conscious about the bad postures that you use during the day. You will also get rid of back pain or alleviate it. Besides a good posture and beautiful breasts you will also burn more calories daily which will help you lose weight faster.

There are lots of benefits for doing breast exercises. You should start exercising too and achieve fabulous looking breasts in no time plus lots of other health benefits.

    Dumbell bench press, Lay down on your back on a flat bench. Have your feet firmly planted on the floor. Holding dumbells in each hand, bend your arms 90 degrees to the side of your chest. Straighten your arms up above your chest, gradually bringing the weights closer together at the top. Then slowly lower the weight back down to your sides.
