Bloating is a problem that affects more and more the modern human life. Bloating is usually accompanied by stomach pains and a general bad mood. If you get bloated frequently and your days get ruined you have to take action and put a stop to bloating.

The causes of bloating are multiple: stress, bad nutrition, problems with your digestive system.

Here are a couple of tips that will help you get better eating habits and make you feel better by getting rid of bloating and abdominal pains:

  • -stop eating fast food and junk food.
  • -lower the amount of coffee and black tea that you drink. You should stop drinking caffeine beverages if possible.
  • -stop drinking alcohol and quit smoking.
  • -stop drinking sodas, sweets and chewing gum because they contain huge quantities of artificial sweeteners that bloat you.
  • -drink plain water and natural teas.
  • -stop drinking fizzy drinks or drinks that are too cold or too hot.

To get rid of bloating you can try some naturist bloating remedies: teas made of savory, ginger, lime from a linden tree, peppermint, rosemary, caraway.

Eat foods that are well digested by your body: fish and chicken meat, soya based foods, yogurt, cheese, rice.

Try to notice what vegetables bloat you and eat them only boiled. Be extra careful when you eat cabbage, peas, beans because they contain lots of cellulose and are harder to digest.

You have to consume vegetables and fruits because they contain fibers that are vital for your digestion and the elimination of toxins. Eat only those raw foods that don’t make you bloat. Take the time to analyze your reaction to different raw foods and see if it makes you bloat or not.

If you reach the conclusion that a certain food makes you bloat stop eating that aliment.

It is a good habit drinking a glass of water with the juice from half a lemon squeezed in. You should drink it in the morning when you wake up and before going to sleep. That way you help your organism eliminate more toxins from your body.

2 or 3 times a year it is good for your health to keep a detoxification diet. For more information read How to detoxify your body: the detox diet.

You should eat nutritional supplements that contain dietary fibers especially when you have to go to a party or during the holyday season. Dietary fibers helps your body handle better foods that make you bloat.

But if you still can’t get rid of bloating after trying all these tips and you have bad abdominal pains go to you medic for a full set of tests. Your doctor is you friend and you should consult with him every time you feel the need.

My problem starts right in my mid section. The rest of my body I can accept, but when it comes to my stomach looking 7 or 8 months pregnant, it’s time to take the challenge. “I’m serious that it really bothers part of my sexy self.” I sometimes wonder what the solution would be if I just do my crunches until the next day, what will become of those results then. I must say I have tried it before when I was in my 20′s ,so now what is going to be the motivation to try an work hard again in my 30′s. I really haven’t figure that part out yet.
