She’s one of the serious triple threats in Hollywood. Multifaceted entertainment dynamo Jennifer Lopez best known for her seasoned dance skills, successful singing career, respectable number of film roles and that billion dollar booty. Now 41, married to singer Marc Anthony and with two kids, she’s still part of FHM’s Hottest Women on the Planet, and one of the most worshipped Latin American celebrity on the planet.

"I could serve coffee using my rear as a ledge. I love food, but I eat in moderation, and I exercise regularly. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs." She says laughingly. "I love being active, I don’t think it’s a chore, I just love exercise."

Jennifer-Lopez.jpgJennifer Lopez’s diet consists of portion controlled mini meals with each meal having a caloric limit of 1, 200- 1, 400. Her diet encourages her to consume lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, lean proteins, healthy fats and at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

Jennifer also shares her thoughts about being skinny,

“It wouldn’t work. I have a butt, I have boobs and I have a woman’s curves; there is no way I’d see them go to zero. I hate to look in a magazine and see a picture of a girl who looks so thin she looks unhappy and as if she just needs someone to give her a good meal.”

For Jennifer Lopez’s exercise routine, she works out with her personal trainer of 9 years, Gunnar Peterson. She likewise does yoga with Mark Blanchard two or three times a week and includes circuit training in her routine. Jennifer Lopez’s exercise routine includes 10 minutes of warm up followed by a series of high-intensity cardio plus strength and resistance routines.

Jennifer also shares regarding her figure,

”I like my body, for most of my adult life, my body hasn’t gone up or down, it’s remained the same, give or take four pounds. I’m not obsessive. I work out with a trainer two or three times a week, but I’ll go months at a time without any exercise at all. I just keep myself in check. I eat meat, I eat carbs, I even eat McDonald’s. What I don’t do is ever overeat. I don’t eat desserts and I can limit the chocolate chip cookies to one or two.”
