With her glossy short hairstyle and killer vocals, Kimberly Wyatt is easily one of the most recognizable member of Pop group Pussycat Dolls. The former ballet dance left the group in 2010 to pursue a solo career, and so far, she has been blazing the hit charts with her single Not Just a Doll, not only showcasing her amazing versatility onstage, but also her amazingly lithe body.

"I’ve been dancing since forever." Kimberly says of her exercise routine. "I’m lucky, I love food, I love desserts, I love pastas, but I just balance it out with my workout."

This diet replaces foods high in digestible carbohydrates with foods containing a higher percentage of proteins and fats. Her intake of lean meats, nuts, eggs, seeds, salad greens and soy products are encouraged.

Kimberly also follows portion control in her meal-planning, to eliminate the feeling of food deprivation and curb hunger pangs.

Kimberly Wyatt’s exercise routines dancing and running to help boost up her stamina for busy days and long tours.

Kimberly Wyatt’s exercise also includes ab busting workouts to keep her stomach well-toned and in great shape. She also does core training followed by a series of full body conditioning exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups, crunches, leg raises, planks and stability ball exercises.

"Dancing keeps me in great shape, it’s like my go-to workout." She admits. "But I do recommend changing your routine often, the best way to lose weight is to enjoy what your’e doing."

Included as well in Kimberly Wyatt’s exercise routine is performing stretching as it helps maintain her flexibility, strength, and balance. She always tries to keep her routines interesting through changing it often as boredom is one reason why people stops working out.
