Lose 20 Pounds in 1 Month Following This Weight Loss Meal Plan

Follow the following 7 day meal plan for 1 month and you can lose as much as 20 pounds. Not too shabby if you ask me. Without further ado here is the meal plan:

The First day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: one glass of fresh orange juice, one cup of skim milk and 2 spoons of oat flakes
-For Lunch: 100 grams of grilled fish, one raw salad with lemon juice, one apple
-For Supper: 100 grams of boiled rice mixed with green beans, 200 grams of cauliflower
-In between the meals snacks: two low fat yogurts

The Second day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: one glass of tomato juice, one slice of bread with cottage cheese
-For Lunch: 100 grams of tuna, a raw salad with lemon juice, one bun and an orange
-For Supper: 100 grams of boiled chicken meat, one baked potatoes, a pickled cucumber salad, a yogurt
-In between the meals snacks: two low fat yogurts

The Third day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: one slice of toast with grilled chicken meat and a glass of milk
-For Lunch: 100 grams of turkey meat, a raw salad with lemon juice
-For Supper: 100 grams of boiled rice with a tomato salad
-In between the meals snacks: a bag of popcorn and a cup of hot chocolate

The Fourth day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: a glass of fresh grapefruit juice, a boiled egg, one slice of toast
-For Lunch: spaghetti with tomato sauce
-For Supper: a boiled potato, 100 grams of lean grilled fish, a tomato salad
-In between the meals snacks: 2 fruit yogurts

The Fifth day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: one glass of orange juice, one cup of skim milk with 2 spoons of oat flakes
-For Lunch: 100 grams of fish, a raw salad, an apple
-For Supper: 100 grams of boiled beef, a raw salad, a banana
-In between the meals snacks: a glass of chocolate milk

The Sixth day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: a low fat yogurt, a whole grain bun or a slice of whole grain bread
-For Lunch: 100 grams of turkey meat, a tomato and cucumber salad
-For Supper: 100 grams of lean grilled fish, a cabbage salad, one grapefruit
-In between the meals snacks: 2 grapes

The Seventh day of the weight loss meal plan:
-For Breakfast: half of a fresh pineapple, one boiled egg, one slice of toast
-For Lunch: a raw salad with 50 grams of low fat cheese
-For Supper: 100 grams of chicken meat, one boiled potato, one grape
-In between the meals snacks: two glasses of chocolate milk and a bag of popcorn

All you have to do is rotate this weight loss meal plan every 7 days and you will lose weight. When you reach the weight you desire you can stop.
