Some say that Megan Fox is on a diet similar to the Paleo diet. In the paleo diet all you can eat are foods our distant ancestors had to eat to survive. This means lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and lean meat. With a diet like this there is no going wrong because our bodies are used and adapted to eating such foods.

Megan fox also admitted that she does cleanses frequently, and that she is giving a try to the vinegar detox diet. "It’s just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely. I’m not one for dieting or exercising ’cause I’m lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while," told Megan to the press.

What you must know about the vinegar diet is that it isn’t a healthy diet. It’s main purpose isn’t that of helping you lose weight but that of helping you flush out all the toxins from your body. So use it if you want to cleans your body, but there are plenty of more easy to do and healthy cleansing diets too choose from. For example check out the master cleanse diet.

When it comes to exercising, Megan Fox like doing Pilates. When she has to get super fit Megan employs a fat burning muscle toning hybrid workout. You start with a high intensity interval training to release the fatty acids form the fatty cells. Then you follow up with some low intensity cardio to burn all those releases fatty acids. This makes this kind of hybrid workout very effective at melting the fat and toning the muscles.
