Celebrity Weight Loss

Victoria’s Secret Angel Selita Ebanks is blessed with good, no, great genes. An exotic mix of Caymanian, Jamaican, Irish and Indian roots give the 5 foot 9 stunner her striking beauty, and her seemingly fast metabolism gives her the to-die-for body women envy and men drool over.

"My father’s been saying to me, one day, one day you’re gonna gain weight if you don’t stop eating sweets. For years!" She recalls, smiling. "I’m 28 and I’m still a size 4, and finally the other day, he’s like, ‘I guess you’re never gonna gain weight’."

Selita-Ebanks.jpg“Every woman’s body is different. What works for me, because my frame is so small… I work out two weeks prior to a show, five days a week, for an hour a day” Selita shares to the press.

Selita Ebanks’ diet involves both having a balanced diet and portion control. The portion control allows her to eat whatever she wants as long as the servings are kept in moderate sizes.

The good thing about such diet is she doesn’t feel deprived with the simple pleasures especially when it comes to food. Although Selita Ebanks’ diet needs to be monitored closely for unhealthy tendencies, luckily, Selita is among the dieters that prefer to stick with the healthy and balanced diet.

On the other hand, Selita Ebanks’ exercise routine involves doing cardio exercises together with light weights, and core training mostly done at the gym.

Selita says, “We do a lot of weight and core training. Not so much cardio, because I don’t need to burn anything.”

She likewise added, “For me, going to the gym is just about being toned and having muscle definition and enhancing some good qualities about my body.”

Selita Ebanks’ exercise routine is done two weeks before a show, 5 days per week and done 1 hour per day.

“When you go to the gym and you have a trainer, or whatever you are doing, you just want to tone what you have. That’s healthy. It’s not about being skinny or losing weight. We, as women, want to be healthy,” she states.
