Once touted as The Sexiest Woman Alive, the 5 foot 6 tall California native still has what it takes to heat up a room, and her gorgeous face and amazing body can give a lot of younger women a run for their money. Here, Teri gamely spills on her secrets to maintaining her dazzling glow and fit physique.

"I’m very comfortable with my own body. I like to take care of myself. I try to eat right, I’m not a junk food eater and I go to the gym, or when I get bored, I go hiking." She shares with her megawatt smile.

The low carbohydrate diet allows her to eat meats, cheeses, fats, and some green leafy vegetables while maintaining the carbohydrate intake at a minimal level. At the same time, it avoids the consumption of sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables.

On the other hand, the low fat diet involves keeping track of her daily intake of fat and at the same time, adheres to a diet plan wherein foods to be consumed are low in fat. Teri Hatcher’s diet is said to be effective when healthy fats are consumed and not totally removed from one’s diet.

For Teri Hatcher’s exercise routine, she hikes and jogs which are two forms of cardio exercises. She also hits the gym but tries to change her exercise routine there always since she gets bored easily.

Her routine also includes one hour of Pilates and Yoga stretching exercises that are two similar activities that help in relaxing the mind and body while toning up the different muscles in the body.

Furthermore, Teri Hatcher’s exercise routine also includes 30 minutes of pole or lap dancing.

“It’s all geared around stripping moves and you actually dance on a pole. I know it sounds funny, but it’s great for all your muscles and it’s actually really empowering because it’s not about turning a guy on–it’s about turning yourself on and learning to be comfortable with your own body,” Teri shares.
