The grape diet is a great way to detoxify your body and lose some weight at the same time. Grapes are healthy and are also very delicious.
Eating any fruit is healthy. Fruits are full of vitamins and minerals, giving you more energy and vitality. And grapes are don’t stray away from the rule. Grapes are full of vitamin A, vitamin B, calcium, iron and phosphor. Regardless of their color are a great source of beneficial minerals. If you suffer from rheumatism, hepatitis, gout, arthritis, renal and bile problems you should eat grapes. They have a diuretic and laxative effect, lower blood pressure and the level of cholesterol form your body. Grapes are really beneficial for the health of your cardiovascular system.
You should keep the grape diet for at least 1 week. You can lose between 4 and 8 pounds by eating for 1 week only grapes and vegetable soups.

On the first day of the diet you will eat 1 pound of grapes. The second day you will eat 2 pounds, on the third 3 pounds of grapes, and on the forth 4 pounds of grapes. You can eat other stuff during these first 4 days. If you can eat only vegetables and other fruits your detoxification will be even more efficient. In the next 3-5 days you should eat only grapes. You can eat them raw or you can juice them. The last part is the atomic bomb equivalent of detoxing your body.
If this diet strikes you as being too hard you can choose an easier one. For 2 days per week don’t eat anything else than grapes. You will eat 3 to 6 pounds of grapes per day. You will still benefit from the detoxing effect but if will be more less effective.
The last way to diet using grapes is to diet by eating lots of grapes and eat other healthy foods at the same time. There are no grape only days in it. In all the diets you have to eat the grapes whole, with the peal and seeds.
You can go on any of the above mentioned grape diets every 4-5 months to detox your body and get a little more healthy. Grapes are awesome, and I must admit I love wine also. And wine is healthy too if drank with moderation, especially 1 glass of red wine.
