Milk and cereals is an awesome recipe for breakfast. I bet you already knew that one. But do you eat breakfast daily? If the answer is no you should really make it a habit eating breakfast daily. After all breakfast isn’t the most important meal of the day for nothing. And the best thing you can eat for breakfast are cereals. You can eat cereals with milk, fresh healthy natural juice or even without nothing else.

You should avoid buying and eating highly processed cereals. Eat whole grain cereals to benefit form all the healthy blessings that cereals bestow upon you. If you eat the wrong kind of cereals you will be hungry in an hour. If you at healthy nourishing cereals they will keep hunger at bay for several hours, until lunch time.

Oat flakes: have many nutritional values. You should always try to eat oat flakes warm, with warm milk as an example. Porridge is a great way to cook and eat oat flakes. Oat flakes are rich in proteins, calcium, dietary fibers and vitamin E.

Rice flakes: can be eaten with milk, fresh natural juice or even as a rice porridge. Rice is always good for your health. Rice flakes contain few calories and are delicious especially if combine them with something sweet. You can try eating rice flakes with dark chocolate or honey. Good and healthy at the same time, what more can you want. Rice flakes are an ideal light meal.

Wheat flakes: are a healthy choice. Many don’t like them that much but you can learn to like them. Wheat flakes contain minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, sulfur, zinc, copper, iodine, cobalt and chlorine. They also contain vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin D and vitamin PP. As a tip eat wheat flakes with light fruit yogurt to alleviate the chocking taste.

Corn flakes: can replace successfully all the potato chips that you eat. You should really make the switch and eat them while watching television. Corn flakes can be eaten with milk or orange juice and even yogurt. They contain potassium, calcium, volatile oils, saponite, allantoin, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K. But be careful because one of the main trait of corn is that it is a formidable diuretic effect.

Whole grain cereals are the best health conscious choice. As their name implies they are made out of the entire grain. That way you will get all the nutritional and health benefits by eating them. At least one meal per day should contain whole grain cereals. Breakfast is the best choice in my book.

Whole grain cereals are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals. Everybody should eat them. If you suffer from sugar diabetes or cardiovascular diseases you should eat whole grain cereals to reduce their effects. Cereals can regulate the blood sugar level so you should eat them if you have problems with the level of your blood sugar.

By eating whole grain cereals you will also get regular bowl movements. No more clogging because of the dietary fibers they contain. Dietary fibers help speed up the intestinal transit.
