The Swiss Diet for Weight Loss

You have 2 weeks and 10 pounds you want to lose. How can you do it? You know you can do it if you want to. The Swiss diet is a great and easy way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. All you have to do is respect the rules of the diet. Any straying from the rules of the diet will increase the distance between you and your goal of losing 10 pounds.

Every day make for yourself meals made out of fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything has to be fresh. Eat fruits and vegetables in their natural state. Go to the grocery or supermarket and buy lots of fruits and vegetables that you like.

You also have to make sure your body gets all the proteins it needs. Eat meat, milk and eggs daily. You have to respect the quantities prescribed by the Swiss diet. You can drink 2 glasses of milk, eat 200-300 grams of fish or beef, 2 eggs. You can also add whole grain bread, but no more than 50 grams.

Well this is the diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables plus proteins from meat, milk and eggs. It is a short and precise diet like anything Swiss. I wish you good luck dieting and losing weight.
