If you have the tendency of gaining weight don’t despair. Getting depressed and running away from the world won’t solve your problem. You don’t need a pity party. You should roll up your sleeves and get on working on increasing your metabolic rate.

Never avoid reality because it is your best friend. Go to an endocrinologist and nutritionist to find out what your condition is and how screwed up your body really is. Then ask them what you can do and get on doing what they said. Meantime enjoy life to the full and have a ball daily.

If necessary follow a medical treatment or an alternative medicine cure to fix your endocrine glands.

You have to be careful what you eat all your life. A good and healthy nutrition is your friend and a must at the same time. That is if you want to lose weight and keep it off forever. Stop eating pork meat, cold cuts, excessive fatty foods, sweets, pastry, soft drinks, white bread and alcohol.

Movement and physical activity is a must to intensify your metabolic rate. If you cannot workout because of various conditions then walk for one hour daily.

If you have made up your mind to follow a metabolism changing diet then you should make sure that the diet you will follow will give your body all the nutrients it needs. Follow a balanced diet that will increase your metabolic by including in it all the main food groups. This diet will help you activate your metabolism and favor the changing of your lifestyle into one that is healthier.
