Vanessa Marcil’s Diet and Exercise Routine: Vary Your Routine

Vanessa Marcil is as sexy as they get. The 5 foot 4 actress, best known for playing the roles of Gina Kincaid on Beverly Hills 90210 and Sam Marquez on Las Vegas, has got a lot going for her — shiny, jet black hair, cat-shaped eyes, megawatt smile and a tight, toned body that could make any man go weak in the knees. She may have turned 43 this year, but her healthy eating and exercise habits has made her look younger than her years.

"When I exercise, I do a variety of things so it’s always interesting and fun. When I’m exercising regularly I have double the energy, and everything is so much better." She shares. "I eat whatever I want, so it’s a good thing I work out regularly."

Vanessa-Marcil.jpgVanessa Marcil’s diet consists of balanced meals following portion control. With her balanced eating plan, she is allowed to eat any foods within the three food categories: protein, carbohydrates, and fat as long as she watches out for serving sizes and eats in moderation. 

Vanessa prefers exercising outdoors, instead of spending hours within the confines of the gym.

“I’ve never belonged to a gym. I hate structured exercise. I just like to get outdoors and do something fun.” She says.

Vanessa Marcil’s exercise mostly includes activities she enjoys doing like snowboarding. Rather than running the treadmill, she runs on the park and walks her dogs.

She also does muscle building using weights and yoga that helps in toning up her upper body especially her arms.
